Jacqueline Cruz-Bustille

Jacqueline Cruz-Bustillo served as President of the CREW Miami Board in 2023.  She served in 2018 & 2021 as Director of Signature Events.  She also served in the past as Chair of Sponsorship, Member Services and Spring Connections.  She is currently Vice President in the Business Banking Division for U.S. Century Bank and excited about continuing opportunities to serving the community in her role.  U.S. Century Bank works with clients offering financing solutions such as term loans for the financing of industrial, multi-family, retail, mixed-use, office and warehouse type properties.  U.S. Century Bank also offers Asset Based Loans for medium and large-sized businesses as well as SBA Lending programs providing solutions tailored to each client’s needs.  Born in Miami, she holds a BBA in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami and then received an MBA from St. Thomas University.  She also earned her CCIM Designation in 2022. 

In her first year with CREW Miami, she was recognized as the “New Member of the Year” in 2015 for her active involvement and in 2017 she was recognized as “Unsung Hero” for stepping up to the plate when needed.  She was also awarded the “Outstanding Leadership Award” in 2022. 

Jackie’s advice is to never put limitations upon yourself because you never know how far you could go.  She balances her home life as wife and mother of two teenagers with a career.   

She is proud to be a part of CREW and represent U.S. Century Bank in the community.
