Lisa Lutoff Perlo

Lisa Lutoff Perlo ( LLP) is Vice Chairman of External Affairs for the Royal Caribbean Group, one of the leading cruise companies in the world with three award winning brands, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and SilverSea Cruises. She previously served as President & CEO of Celebrity Cruises from 2014 to 2023, the first woman to take the helm of a Royal Caribbean Group brand and one of the few women in the world at the time leading a multibillion-dollar brand.  Lisa shares her extraordinary and inspiring four- decade journey along with her successes and failures, highs and lows, and the meaningful lessons she learned along the way using her unique combination of smarts, heart and courage which enabled her to break the glass ceiling and leave behind a lasting legacy.

A purpose driven leader, she catalyzed cultural progress in the two-hundred-year-old cruise industry by appointing the first American woman Captain and the first West-African woman to work on the bridge of a cruise ship; making history with the first all-female bridge and leadership team sailing in 2020; and, ultimately, increasing Celebrity’s percentage of women on the bridge to 32 percent, far exceeding the industry average of 2 percent.
