Maricarmen Cabrera

As a brokerage services senior associate at The Allen Morris Company, Maricarmen provides commercial leasing assistance for tenant and landlord representation as well as investment sales for both buyers and sellers. Maricarmen was born and raised in Miami by Cuban immigrant parents. She speaks fluent Spanish. Additionally, she earned her undergraduate degree from Florida International University with a major in International Relations and a minor in Political Science. She has an active community presence in both the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Maricarmen represented the Allen Morris Company in its receipt of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce’s 2023 Rising Star Award for the large corporate category.

Maricarmen and her brokerage team closed $64.9 million in leasing transactions comprised of over 210,000 square feet in 2023 alone.
