Isabela Montalvo

Isabela Montalvo is an astute and accomplished professional with nearly a decade of experience in applied commercial real estate financial analysis and modeling.  Montalvo has worked on appraisals, acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and sales of retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties at several well-known South Florida commercial real estate institutions, including the Kislak Organization, Lennar Commercial, Florida East Coast Industries, Brightline, and Jones Lang LaSalle.  She currently works as a Finance Associate at Scout Cold Logistics, a firm specializing in cold storage infrastructure investments throughout the United States. 

Montalvo is a proud double-alumnus of the University of Miami, having earned both her BA, summa cum laude, and her MBA at the prestigious private institution.  While studying for her MBA, she applied for and was awarded CREW Miami’s Fall 2013 scholarship.  Her professional journey has come full circle as she enters her second year as CREW Miami’s Director of Professional Development & Education, a role whereby she oversees the chapter’s Scholarship, Mentorship, and UCREW initiatives. 

Throughout her professional career, Montalvo has become a go-to amongst her colleagues for her modeling prowess in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS Enterprise, often being referred to as a “wizard” and a “pianist”.  She gladly teaches and trains others, a proclivity she hopes to leverage by expanding CREW Miami’s professional development offerings in advancement of the organization’s mission.
