Isabela Montalvo

Isabela Montalvo is the lead Finance Associate at Scout Cold Logistics, a cold storage investment and development firm based in Coral Gables, FL with a nationwide portfolio valued at over $1.6B.  With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Montalvo runs financial underwriting analyses that have helped executive teams make investment decisions related to acquisitions, ground-up developments, redevelopments, dispositions, leasing, and financing for retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and mixed use properties.  She has held analyst roles at multiple recognized firms, including JLL, Florida East Coast Industries / Brightline, and Lennar Commercial.

Montalvo earned both her BA (summa cum laude) and MBA from the University of Miami.  In the Fall of 2013, while an MBA student, Montalvo received the CREW Miami Scholarship.  She became a full-time member of the chapter since 2019.  Her journey with CREW Miami has come full circle, as she now serves as the chapter’s Director of the Education and Professional Development Committee for 2023 and will continue to serve in said function in 2024, managing the chapter’s scholarship, mentorship, UCREW, and continuing education programs for the benefit of new and current generations of female commercial real estate professionals.
