Cafecito & Connect: Book Club Edition
Featuring CREW Miami Member Jennifer "JenE" Estimé
Join CREW Miami for a special Book Club Edition of Cafecito & Connect as we welcome fellow member Jennifer "JenE” Estimé, of Merrimac Ventures, to discuss her newly released memoir, "Racing Towards Redemption."
More than a story about sport, "Racing Towards Redemption" is an inspiring reflection on resilience, purpose, and the challenge of pursuing ambitious goals while balancing a demanding career, leadership responsibilities, family, and personal growth.
As a real estate development executive, Team Haiti middle-distance runner, nonprofit board chair, and community leader, Jennifer shares her deeply personal journey toward the 2024 Olympic Games—and the lessons she learned when the destination wasn't what she expected.
During this interactive conversation, Jennifer will discuss:
Pursuing big goals while building a successful career in commercial real estate
Navigating setbacks, resilience, and redefining success
Balancing professional ambition with personal purpose
Leadership, identity, and showing up fully in every season of life
Whether you're an avid reader, an aspiring leader, or simply looking for an authentic conversation with one of CREW Miami's own, this is a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired.
We look forward to seeing you for coffee, conversation, and an inspiring morning with Jennifer Estimé.
