Each year, CREW Miami celebrates the members whose leadership, professional achievements, service and dedication have made a lasting impact on our organization and the commercial real estate community.

Help us recognize the individuals who have gone above and beyond in 2026 by nominating a fellow CREW Miami member for one of our five annual recognition awards.

Award recipients will be honored at CREW Miami's End-of-Year Holiday Party on Thursday, December 10, 2026.

Award Categories & Nominations

CREW Miami Outstanding Leadership Award

Award Description: Recognizes a CREW Miami member who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision and integrity, inspiring others and making a meaningful impact on the organization, the commercial real estate industry or both.

CREW Miami Mover and Shaker Award

Award Description: Recognizes a CREW Miami member whose professional achievements, industry influence and ability to build meaningful connections have made a significant impact on the commercial real estate community.

CREW Miami Unsung Hero Award

Award Description: Recognizes a dedicated CREW Miami member whose behind-the-scenes contributions, volunteer service and willingness to go above and beyond have strengthened the organization and supported its success, often without seeking recognition.

CREW Miami Rising Star Award

Award Description: Recognizes an emerging CREW Miami member with three years or fewer of membership who has demonstrated exceptional initiative, engagement and leadership potential. This award celebrates individuals who are already making meaningful contributions to the organization and showing promise as future leaders, regardless of their professional experience or career stage.

CREW Miami Marti Mang Lifetime Service Award

Honoring a Legacy of Leadership, Service and Empowerment

About the Award: Named in honor of Maruta "Marti" Mang (1938–2025), a former CREW Miami President, accomplished banking executive and trailblazing advocate for women in business, this award celebrates the enduring impact of leadership, perseverance and service. Throughout her distinguished career, Marti broke barriers for women in banking and dedicated herself to mentoring, empowering and creating opportunities for others. Her commitment to CREW Miami and the advancement of women in commercial real estate continues to inspire the organization's mission.

Award Description: The Marti Mang Lifetime Service Award recognizes a CREW Miami member whose sustained leadership, service and dedication have made an extraordinary and lasting contribution to the organization and its community. Reflecting Marti's legacy, this distinction honors individuals who have broken barriers, championed others, and helped pave the way for future generations of leaders.
