Brenda Saavedra

I am a commercial real estate attorney with over 22 years of experience, and I handle complex and diverse matters and transactions for individual and institutional developers and investors in all areas of a sophisticated and diversified real property-based practice. I represent clients in the acquisition, development, construction, financing, and disposition of many varied asset classes and have experience with mixed-use developments, multifamily developments, condominium developments, hotels and resorts, golf courses, office buildings, retail property, and waterfront property.  I also handle high-end luxury residential acquisitions and dispositions.   It is an honor to serve as the Legal Director on the Board of CREW Miami.  I enjoy working together with our Board to help advance the success of women in commercial real estate and very much enjoy expanding my professional network and connections through my service on the Board and attending our chapter and member events.
