CREW Miami Mentorship Program
CREW Miami’s Mentorship Program is a signature, members-only initiative designed to advance the success of women across every sector of commercial real estate.
Now in its eighth year, the program connects professionals at all career stages with experienced industry leaders who are committed to sharing insight, perspective, and guidance. Whether you’re navigating a transition, clarifying your next move, or looking for a trusted sounding board, the Mentorship Program offers meaningful connection and momentum.
About the Program
Participants are thoughtfully paired based on background, interests, and professional goals. The program includes:
One-on-one mentor–mentee meetings each month
Group coaching sessions and curated touchpoints led by a CREW Mentorship Coach
A supportive, cross-disciplinary environment that encourages learning beyond job titles
Mentors and mentees rarely share the same role—and that’s intentional. This broader perspective is consistently cited as one of the program’s greatest strengths.
For Mentees
Gain structure, accountability, and guidance as you strengthen your footing or chart a new direction in the CRE industry.
For Mentors
Give back by helping shape the next generation of CRE leaders—while often gaining fresh insight yourself.
Participation is complimentary; current CREW Miami membership is required.
