Cristina Zampieri is a commercial real estate banker with 25 years of experience and over $1BN in loan originations. She currently serves as SVP and CRE Lending Officer at Intercredit Bank, where she provides tailored financing solutions for all commercial property types across Florida.
Before joining Intercredit, Cristina founded Zampieri Real Estate, LLC, a commercial real estate consulting firm specializing in capital markets and strategic advisory. Prior to that, she built a distinguished career as SVP and Relationship Manager at Amerant Bank, where she structured complex loans for acquisitions, development, and repositioning projects across multiple asset classes.
Cristina’s depth of experience in both banking and advisory roles gives her a unique perspective on capital markets and portfolio strategy, allowing her to guide clients through every phase of a real estate investment’s lifecycle.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Cristina serves on the Board of Directors for CREW Miami as Director of Membership and previously of Communications (2024 & 2025). She also served on the board of Catalyst Miami and has been involved with ULI, United Way Miami, the Live Like Bella Foundation, and the Real Estate Lenders Association.
A Miami native, Cristina is a graduate of Gulliver Preparatory School and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from William Smith College.
