Cristina Zampieri

Cristina Zampieri is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the banking industry. She is the founder of Zampieri Real Estate, LLC, a commercial real estate consulting and investment firm. Her firm offers a wide range of consulting services, including financing and capital structuring, property acquisition assistance, portfolio management and optimization, and exit strategies and dispositions. The investment arm of the business focuses on acquiring multifamily properties in high-growth areas, with a particular emphasis on value-add opportunities.

Before launching her own venture, Cristina was a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager at Amerant Bank, where she had a distinguished 17-year career. During this time, she originated over $1 billion in loans, financing a diverse array of commercial real estate investments and development projects across various property types, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, marinas, self-storage, hotels, and land. Her expertise extends to structuring loans with both fixed and floating rates, with and without derivatives, for purposes ranging from acquisition and construction to repositioning, stabilization, and condo conversion. Additionally, Cristina spent three years working in the Special Assets Department during the Great Recession, where she focused on loan workouts.

Cristina is currently the Director of Communications for CREW Miami and has previously co-chaired the Membership and Programs Committees. She also served on the Board of Directors for Catalyst Miami for three years. Her community involvement extends to organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, United Way Miami, Live Like Bella Foundation, and Real Estate Lenders Association.

A Miami native, Cristina attended Gulliver Preparatory School before earning her degree in economics from William Smith College in Geneva, New York.
