Jennifer Hernandez

Jennifer is a commercial litigator with more than 15 years of experience representing domestic and international clients in real estate and business disputes in federal and state courts, arbitration forums, and on appeal. She handles complex matters involving property conflicts, breach-of-contract claims, class-action exposure, and strategic risk assessment, and regularly advises clients on litigation avoidance, pre-litigation positioning, and e-discovery. Jennifer has successfully tried multiple cases and arbitrations to verdict. 

Her practice spans a wide range of commercial and real estate matters, including ownership and development disputes, landlord-tenant and property management issues, and cross-border litigation strategy. Her work has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Florida Super Lawyers for multiple years. 

Jennifer is honored to serve as the incoming Secretary on the CREW Miami Board and enjoys working with fellow Board members to support business development, professional advancement, and the growth of women in commercial real estate. She is also an active member of CREW Network, Ally Law, and serves on the board of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Miami.
