Julia Grachova

Julia Grachova is a VP of Business Development and Governmental Legal Affairs with Fuse Group Investment Companies, an established private real estate lender, investor and developer based in Fort Lauderdale. At Fuse, Julia is responsible for development and execution of the company’s business development strategy as well as ensuring effective working relationships with members of local government entities and agencies. In her role, she is leveraging networking and analytical skills in the origination of real estate bridge & construction loans and cultivating real estate development partnerships. Immediately prior to joining Fuse Group, Julia worked at the Miami Downtown Development Authority, an economic development agency for the City of Miami, rising to the position of Head of Business Development and Legal Affairs. In that capacity, she put forward numerous economic development initiatives that helped to strengthen and revitalize the Downtown business environment and had a long-lasting impact on the economic growth of the Miami Downtown District. Previously, Julia served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Julia earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Julia is a member of the Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida/Caribbean and a graduate of the ULI Leadership Institute Class of 2022. Julia is passionate about seizing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and cultivating long-term positive relationships.
