Shannon Wilson is an Associate Director based in Berkadia’s Miami office. In this role, Shannon is dedicated to sourcing optimal deal terms and financing structures to help clients achieve their operational and financial goals. As a capital markets expert, she has collaborated with over 50 lenders to close transactions across 28 states. Since joining Berkadia in 2016, Shannon has been directly involved in more than $6 billion in capital placements, with extensive experience in acquisitions, refinances, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, and construction loans across nearly all asset classes.  

A dedicated member of CREW Miami since 2019, Shannon has demonstrated exceptional leadership within the organization. She served as the Programs Committee Chair for two years, successfully curating impactful events and initiatives that advanced CREW Miami’s mission. In 2025, she is excited to lead the Programs Committee once again, bringing her vision and expertise to the role. Shannon is also a proud graduate of the 2022 CREW Network Leadership Certificate Program, where she honed her leadership skills and deepened her commitment to advancing women in commercial real estate. 

Shannon earned her B.S. in Real Estate and Risk Management Insurance from The Florida State University. She is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, National Multifamily Housing Council, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, CREW, and the Urban Land Institute.
