Staci L. Merchant

Staci Merchant, CIC, CRIS, CLCS obtained a degree in Risk Management & Insurance from The Ohio State University in 2004. In early 2005 she started working for Oswald Tripp & Co., Inc. and quickly gained her insurance license.  Shortly after she gained her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and attended the Hartford Producer School gaining a designation of Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and was a National Alliance Producer School graduate. Staci Merchant is a true entrepreneur and believes in small businesses. She and her mother started Merchant Insurance Solutions to show small businesses how to protect their businesses while also managing their bottom line. 

Staci Merchant was Miami Young Agents Committee President from 2011-2012 and was awarded MCIM “Rookie of the Year” in 2008. She has been a member of the Florida Citrus Business Insurance Agent’s Advisory Board since 2019. Staci was a member of CREW Miami from 2010-2012 and joined again in 2022 where she serves as a Director for Membership.
