Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is compromised of the Treasurer and the Finance Chair. The Finance Chair shall assist the Treasurer in carrying out her/his duties. The Treasurer shall call a Finance Committee meeting at least three (3) times per year to by attended by the Treasurer, the Finance Chair (if the Treasurer has elected to appoint a Finance Chair), the President, the President Elect and the Immediate Past President, or another past president. The Finance Committee oversees the annual budget and oversee the approved signatures, indemnification, restriction on earnings and the dissolution of the organization should that occur. The Treasurer, or the Finance Chair if one has been appointed shall be tasked with the collections for amounts due from non-paying Sponsors
