Mentorship Subcommittee

The Mentorship Subcommittee manages the Chapter’s Mentorship Program in coordination with Meryl Blau, our dedicated Mindpower Coach. The Mentorship Program matches our seasoned real estate professionals within the Chapter with those looking for professional guidance. Subcommittee members are responsible for promoting and recruiting members for the program. Members play a vital role in matching the mentor / mentee pairs in collaboration with Meryl. Further, members will make arrangements for location, food, and other event-related needs for in-person events, as well as follow up with participants throughout the program’s duration.

Time commitment: 3-4 hours promoting and recruiting, 1-2 hours assisting with onboarding, 3-4 hours planning and managing in-person events, and 1 hour monthly for regular program maintenance and follow-up. Subcommittee members (as are mentors and mentees) are asked to commit to the entirety of the program from March through November (9 months), for a grant total of 16-28 hours.
