We invite qualified members to apply for leadership positions on the CREW Miami Board of Directors and Committee Chair team.

Who Can Apply?

To serve on the Board, applicants must:

• Be a current CREW Miami member in good standing

• Be a Florida resident

• Demonstrate a commitment to CREW Miami's mission and programs

What Does Board Service Involve?

Board members help guide the organization's strategy, programs, finances, membership growth, and overall success. Responsibilities include:

• Attending monthly Board meetings

• Participating in strategic planning and leadership discussions

• Serving as a champion for CREW Miami's mission

• Supporting chapter events, programs, and member engagement

• Providing leadership for committees and initiatives, as applicable

Board service is an opportunity to develop leadership skills, expand your professional network, and make a meaningful impact on our chapter and industry.

How to Apply

Please fill out the application form here. Interested candidates are asked to:

• Identify director and committee positions of interest

• Describe current responsibilities and leadership experience

• Share ideas that will strengthen the organization

Application Deadline: July 12, 2026

Selection Process

After applications are received, the Nominating Committee will review all submissions and develop a proposed leadership slate based on candidates' qualifications, experience, interests, and the needs of the organization.

The proposed slate will be reviewed and approved by the current Board before being presented to the membership for a vote.

What Happens Next?

• Applications due: July 12

• Candidate review and slate development: August

• Membership vote: Fall 2026

• Selected candidates become Board-Elect and begin participating in transition and planning activities

• Official Board terms begin: January 1, 2027

Candidates selected for the Board-Elect slate will have the opportunity to attend Board meetings and work alongside current leaders to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.

We encourage members from all sectors of commercial real estate to consider applying and helping lead the next chapter of CREW Miami's growth and impact.
